Rev. 0 boards shipped before 2/01/01 had an incorrectly implemented hardware patch.

Background:
Due to a documentation mixup in production, some boards were incorrectly cut and jumpered.

Workaround:
Make the following changes to the board:

1. On the bottom of the board (near the 68HC24 chip), cut the track between R7 pin 2 (round pad) and R8 pin 1 (square pad)
2. On the top of the board, add a small jumper wire from R7 pin 2 (round pad) to pin 3 of U10
