This design features the RP2350BA4 80-pin multi-core microcontroller chip from Raspberry Pi. It is a breadboard-friendly 56-pin module that includes four user LEDs of different colors, two user pushbuttons, a 128 Mbit flash chip, and a 3-Volt regulator. A unique feature is the long double-ended header pins, which provide an extra connection point for each signal, making hardware interfacing easier and less cluttered. A bonus snap-off section implements the Raspberry Pi Debug Probe in a compact form-factor that plugs right into a solderless breadboard. The Dev Board is a joint-venture between Purdue University and Technological Arts, and is currently being used in the Purdue ECE362 labs.

Featuring 48 multi-function GPIO pins, 8 analog ADC inputs, and 24 PWM channels, it offers dual-core, dual-architecture (ARM Cortex-M33 and Hazard3 RISC-V) running up to 150 MHz. Compared with the RP2350A, the expanded pinout of the RP2350B makes it ideal for complex hardware projects needing more interfaces than the standard Raspberry Pi Pico layout provides.
